You agree not to use the Site to post unlawful, infringing, misleading, or abusive content; to spam or harvest data; to disrupt the Site; or to violate any law. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Accuracy & "As Is" Information
Listing details — including hours, locations, available produce, and similar information — come from public sources, market owners, and community contributions, and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Always confirm directly with a market or farm (for example, by calling ahead) before visiting.
Weather alerts shown on the Site are sourced from the U.S. National Weather Service and provided for general convenience only. They are not official or life-safety guidance. Always rely on weather.gov and local authorities for emergencies.
6. Third-Party Links & Affiliate Disclosure
The Site links to third-party websites and includes Amazon affiliate links. As an Amazon Associate, Farm Grown Market earns from qualifying purchases. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, products, or services, and your dealings with them are solely between you and the third party.
